Objetivos

Fundamentar desde una perspectiva ambientalista el reto de la seguridad alimentaria y la transformación agraria sostenible en sistemas agroalimentarios.
Mostrar a partir de experiencias productivas los avances de conocimientos teóricos y prácticos sobre seguridad alimentaria y promover sistemas agroalimentarios resilientes y sostenibles en un clima y entorno cambiantes.
Intercambiar las principales experiencias alcanzadas por la Educación Superior en la gestión del conocimiento y la innovación, para la transformación agraria sostenible en ecosistemas saludables.
Propiciar el diálogo entre el hacer, el saber hacer popular y el conocimiento científico, en función de la transformación agraria sostenible y la seguridad alimentaria.
Socializar experiencias entre instituciones y organizaciones desde la Educación Superior y su inserción en los escenarios actuales para lograr la producción agrícola sostenible desde el enfoque ambiental, económico y social.

Objectives

Validate from an environmental perspective the challenge of food security and sustainable agricultural transformation in agrifood systems.
To show from productive experiences the progress of theoretical and practical knowledge on food security and promote resilient and sustainable agrifood systems in a changing climate and environment.
Exchange the main experiences achieved by Higher Education in knowledge management and innovation, for sustainable agrarian transformation into healthy ecosystems.
Foster dialogue between the making, the popular know-how and scientific knowledge, in terms of sustainable agricultural transformation and food security.
Socialize experiences between institutions and organizations from higher education and their insertion in current scenarios to achieve sustainable agricultural production from the environmental, economic and social approach.
